Refund Policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

One-time plans

Keepsake Pass, Milestone Bundle and Legacy Pass are paid once. We refund one in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it, as long as the space it paid for has never been published.

A Milestone Bundle or Legacy Pass covers several spaces. It can be refunded within 14 days only if none of the spaces it paid for has ever been published.

“Ever” means any time: a space that went live and was later unpublished still counts as published. Once a space has been published, or after 14 days, the plan isn’t refundable.

Agency subscriptions

You can cancel an Agency subscription, or an extra-space block, at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you aren’t charged again. We don’t give partial or prorated refunds for the rest of a period.

Billing errors

Whatever the rules above say, we always refund in full:

  • a payment that went through but didn’t create the space it was for;
  • a duplicate charge;
  • a charge for the wrong amount.

How to ask

Send us a message through the contact page. Include the email address of your account and the payment reference from your Paystack receipt, so we can find the payment quickly.

How long it takes

We reply within 5 working days. A refund returns the full amount you paid, including VAT. An approved refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Paystack. How long it then takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.

What a refund does to your space

After a refund, your account goes back to the free plan’s limits. The free plan includes one space, and paid features such as removing the Memories R US branding end.

If a bundle is refunded, your account keeps one space on the free plan, and we archive the others, newest first. Archived spaces stop showing publicly, but their content isn’t deleted. Buying a plan again lets you unarchive them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
